Sanct Bernhard's Beauty Capsules were specially developed to combat this aspect of malnutrition / lack of recommended daily Vitamin intake. Each concise Beauty Capsule contains high-quality evening Primrose Oil, Millet Extract, and Biotin which are all vital nutritional components for a healthy skin / nails and thick / strong hair. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin, Calcium-D-Pantothenate, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, E and Carotenoids support natural beauty that manifests from within!

It's simple to consume! Swallow 2 to 4 Capsules daily with sufficient fluids and you're all set! Consume more than 2 Capsules only when you'll be exposed to strong sunlight later in the day. In addition, it is recommended that the Capsules are taken after the first meal of your day. Detox / cleansing effects may be seen through slightly yellowish urination so remember to take plenty of fluids!

The capsules are still safe to consume!
